The Government anticipates the award an indefinite delivery /indefinitequantity(ID/IQ) contract on a full and open competition basis. The anticipated contractwill have a five (5) year ordering period with an estimate of five (5) repairsperyear. The repairs will be firm-fixed priced and delivered 10-months after receipt oforder. Cost plus fixed fee engineering services and cost only line items will beincluded for potential out of scope efforts and incidental material,respectively. A DRAFT Statement of Work has been added as an attachment to the https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil website. Offers will be evaluated based onofferor's ability to meet the statement of work, past performance, and price.While price is a significant factor, award will be made based on technicallyacceptable, responsive, responsible bids.
