- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-10-Q-N064 for Lodging and Related Services for the Yellow Ribbon Event. The date of the event is 9-12 Sep 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION is PUERTO RICO. Contractor is to provide: Approximate Lodging is 250 rooms per night, one (1) Conference Room to accommodate 435 people, one (1) Banquet/Conference Room to accommodate 560 people, One (1) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 175 people, One (1) Administrative Room to accommodate approximate 30 people, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Break Refreshments) for 560 people. The due date to submit your quote is Aug 23, 2010; 1:00 PM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million.
