- It is the intent of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration under the Department of Commerce to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to RAPID7 to provide annual renewal subscription for Key Information Assurance System licenses for the National Telecommunication and Information Administration (NTIA). This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for proposal or for quotation. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which will be considered by the government. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide all of the listed specifications for the items being requested. If no offers are received by 4:00 PM Thursday August 19, 2010, the government reserves the right to execute an award without publishing a solicitation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of he government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted via email to: chere.j.sanders@noaa.gov no later than the time and date stated above.
