- Attachment 3: Cost Price Proposal Worksheet Signature Page of the RFQ RFQ with Attachments 1 & 2 FEMA EXTERNAL AFFAIRS LATINO LEADERSHIP FORUM CONFERENCE The FEMAs Office of External Affairs is hereby issuing a Request For Quotation(RFQ) in anticipation of awarding Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) to the hotel offering the best value to the Government in response to the services outlined in the schedule & Statement of Work(SOW). Period of Performance September 28 - September 30, 2010 Due Date: Questions 12PM EST Friday August 20, 2010. Due Date: Quotations 4PM EST Thursday August 26, 2010. REFERENCE ATTACHMENTS: Attachment One: Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment Two: Proposal Submission Instructions/Evaluation Attachment Three: Price/Cost Spreadsheet FEMA will not accept quotes submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel. Dates are non-negotiable.
