- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote number W912L7-10-T-0024. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 334310. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by time and date stated herein. DESCRIPTION: Provide and installed audio/visual equipments for varies conference and training room located at 164th Airlift Wing, 4593 Swinnea Road, Memphis TN 38118. See attachment for description of items. The following clauses and provision are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
