- Delivery of a Forestry Compact Tracked Skid Steer Loader. Attached is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ) for the requirement of a Skid Steer Loader. Contractors must provide their quote and return a completed copy of the RFQ SF 1449 Form to USDA, Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Region, Attention: Charlotte Montoya, Purchasing Agent, 740 Simms Street, Golden Colorado 80401.
