FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Article Testing/ 1 ea. [ Govt. Testing], 90 days, Delivery 215 days, [Production] to stock location. Stable Base Drawings are required. Drawing package cited is subject to Export-Control Regulations. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
