- WORKSHEET FOR FEDBIZOPPS SYNOPSIS (Rev 5/17/07) 1.List code number and brief title: Container RepairFSC: J023 R-Professional Services 2.Solicitation No.: W912CN-10-R-0056 3.Response Date: 083010 (MMDDYY e.g. 27 Jun 96 as 062796) 4.Contract Specialist (Initials): MBPhone: 808-655-3062 Contracting Officer (Initials): MPPhone: 808-655-3060 5.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to repair Government owned 20 foot International Organization for Standardization (ISO) containers. Examples of work to be performed include metal repair, rust proofing, painting, and mechanical repair. Base plus four one year option periods (21 Sep 2010 thru 20 Sep 2015). The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 18 August 2010. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 30 August 2010. 6.Period of performance is 21 September 2010 20 September 2015 with 4 prepriced 12-month option periods 7.This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. 8.A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $7.0 Million. 9.NAICS 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (exceptAutomotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance 10.Telephone requests will not be honored. 11.Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button).
