- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to competitively procure calibration services, to be performed for the Surface Combat Systems Center located at Wallops Island, Virginia zip 23337 for the period 01 September 2010 through 31 August 2011, with four 4 option years if exercised, based on availability of funds) on the equipment listed herein, and in accordance with the Statement of Work SOW provided. ALL BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN ISO STANDARD WHICH APPLIES TO THIS SOLICITATION. ISO STANDARD 9001 SHALL APPLY TO THE CALIBRATION STANDARDS REQUIRED UNDER THE RESULTANT CONTRACT.
