- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number 200-2010-33744) with Sanofi Pasteur for FLU vaccines as follows: 3 each Fluzone® vaccine package presentations : NDC 49281-0010-50 - 610 doses @ $9.06 per dose NDC 49281-0386-15 - 27,660 doses @ $8.27 per dose NDC 49281-0010-25 - 2,600 doses @ $10.64 per doses The delivery order for $261,938.80 will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Sanofi Pasteur under Contract Number 200-2010-33744, which was previously competed and awarded in FY10 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Cherie J.
