- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to West-Stiles Company; 675 Liverpool Drive, Valley City, OH 44280. The requirement is for a Gravity Roller Conveyor and Pallet stacker system. The conveyor has to be 20 feet in length with conveyor frames in fabric. The conveyor side rails shall be floor mounted on a concrete surface. The system shall have galvanized gravity rollers. The system shall contain one Gravity Roller Conveyor, one expandable conveyor, one pallet stacker to include gravity roller conveyor installation cost. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance commencing on 1 Dec 2010-30 Nov 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333922 with a size standard of 500 people. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is not a solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Friday, 20 August 2010 at 10:00 AM EST.
