- 1st Qtr Bread Order FY11 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas intends to issue solicitation RFQP05151000020, for the requirement of Quarterly Bread Order.. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning October 1, 2010. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4001 Leopard Dr. Texarkana Texas 75501 The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) who offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered with prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 16, 2010 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is August 26, 2010 Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at orca.bpn.gov. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
