- BRAND NAME OR EQUAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334220, Size Standard 750 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K3AM0091A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 2 August 2010. The Government intends to award two contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001 & CLIN 0002): CLIN 0001: Quantity of 1 Each of a package that includes the following: Five (5) AXIS IP PTZ cameras that are day/night high resolution TDN/WDR 35x zoom, H.264 compression, auto day/night switching, motion detection and auto tracking capable, temperature controlled, and IP66 rated. Inclusive of new camera license for cameras, new operating software for new cameras, and Complete installation including labor, wire, training, and miscellaneous hardware. CLIN 0002: Quantity of 1 Year: Service Plan (Parts & Labor Warranty). NOTICE: THERE IS A SITE-VISIT OPPORTUNITY FOR INTERESTED PARTIES THAT WILL BE HELD ON 12 AUG @ 09:00 A.M.
