Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services, within 10 miles of 7011 Alameda Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79915 and accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2010 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2015. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 95: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 95 inmates = 95 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 95 Inmates = 2,280 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 95 Inmates = 6,840 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 40 Inmates = 480 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 10 inmates = 10 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 10 Inmates = 10 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 24 units per inmate for 10 inmates = 240 units; Mental Health Group Counseling 12 units per inmate for 2 inmates = 24 units; Medication Monitoring 6 report per inmate for 10 inmates = 60 Monitorings. Option Year One: Estimated number of inmates 100: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 100 inmates = 100 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 100 Inmates = 2,400 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 100 Inmates = 7,200 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 55 Inmates = 660 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 10 inmates = 10 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 15 Inmates = 15 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 24 units per inmate for 15 inmates = 360 units; Mental Health Group Counseling 12 units per inmate for 4 inmates = 48 units; Medication Monitoring 6 report per inmate for 12 inmates = 72 Monitorings. Option Year Two: Estimated number of inmates 105: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 105 inmates = 105 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 105 Inmates = 2,520 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 105 Inmates = 7,560 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 60 Inmates = 720 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 11 inmates = 11 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 20 Inmates = 20 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 24 units per inmate for 20 inmates = 480 units; Mental Health Group Counseling 12 units per inmate for 5 inmates = 60 units; Medication Monitoring 6 report per inmate for 13 inmates = 78 Monitorings. Option Year Four: Estimated number of inmates 115: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 115 inmates = 115 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 115 Inmates = 2,760 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 115 Inmates = 8,280 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 70 Inmates = 840 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 13 inmates = 13 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 30 Inmates = 30 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 24 units per inmate for 30 inmates = 720 units; Mental Health Group Counseling 12 units per inmate for 10 inmates = 120 units; Medication Monitoring 6 report per inmate for 15 inmates = 90 Monitorings. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated April 2010.
