- wage Exhibit 1 SF1449 Solicitation Statement of work RFQ 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for linen service 1 base year and 3 option years at Coast Guard Island Alameda CA 94501. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 3. This solicitation is considered service and is conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-a-Side. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with all plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation documents. Estimated Range: $25,000 - $100,000; NAICS: 812332 Small Business Size Standard: $14.0M 4. You must return one (1) complete copy of the entire solicitation package to include the SF1449 and Section B. The contractor is responsible to review the remaining solicitation, Sections C-K, as these clauses will be incorporated into the final contract. a) Please note that the Due Date for receipt of Quote is 01 September 2010 by 4:30 PM PST. E-mail and Fax submission will be accepted IAW Section L.9. b) All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to the Contracting Officer at the address cited in Section G.2 of this solicitation.
