- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS/IMF), Bremerton, WA is soliciting for a firm, fixed price, supply type contract to be negotiated on a HubZone sole source basis with PIMA Valves, Inc. The solicitation is for four (4) each Valve Assemblies as replacement parts. The place of delivery is PSNS/IMF Bremerton, WA. The commercial solicitation will be issued on or about 16 August 2010 with a closing date of 27 August 2010. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 “ a sole source acquisition under the authority of the test program for certain commercial items, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). Proposed contract to be procured in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. Offerors must also be registered in the Contractors Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.ccr.gov.
