- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cellebrite USA Corporation for the acquisition of annual software upgrade and support services for UFED Forensic System. This purchase order is being issued under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price purchase order, conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. All respondents will be considered by this agency. No solicitation is available. Closing date is August 17, 2010 at 8:00 AM EST.
