- This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about 8/18/10 to purchase and install a Point Source Exhaust Capture System, for the Emergency Response Vehicles, stationed in Building 14. There are 7 vehicles that will be attached to the system and one location (Mech. Area) that should be considered in the future. The system will have a magnetic connection to the vehicles that will release upon leaving the building. The ventilation system shall meet the design criteria (flow rates at the intake) found in the latest version of the American Counsel or Government Industrial Hygienists Industrial Manual (ACGIH). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses'. The NAICS code is 238210. The small business standard is $14 M. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation.
