- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency, Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) DOC, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to issue a solicitation on or about 23 August 2010 as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. NACIS 211112 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The Contractor shall furnish and install all equipment to conform to the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 58, Liquid Petroleum Gasses. Storage tanks conforming to NFPA number 58 shall be furnished and installed at the Contractors expense complete with foundations, relief valves, pressure and volume gauges and regulators. Tanks shall be filled on a regular schedule before they are empty. The Contractor shall respond to an emergency propane tank leaks and no gas call. The Contractor shall provide protection for individual tanks and equipment throughout the Installation in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association Code and Safety Regulations of Fort Belvoir. A site visit will be scheduled with the release of the soliciation. The period of performance is a base year of twelve months and four twelve (12) month options for a total of sixty (60) months.
