LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at 6544 Warren Drive, Norcross GA. 30093-1110 through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunications lines.
