Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this work and this solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5 has a requirement to provide and install a pre-engineered, turnkey, photovoltaic system at the White Sulphur Springs National Fish Hatchery, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The solicitation package can be requested by sending an email to Laura_Conant@fws.gov. Your request must include your company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, point of contact, and email address and should reference the solicitation number and subject title listed above. The NAICS code for this work is 221119. The magnitude of work is between $25,000 and $100,000. All contractors must be CCR (Central Contractor Registration) - www.ccr.gov) registered. In addition, the "Online Representations and Certifications Application" (ORCA) must be completed at orca.bpn.gov. Any vendor receiving an award will be required to be set up for EFT (electronic funds transfer). All payments are made by electronic funds transfer directly to your account.
