- This amendment is to increase quantity from 9 each to 453 each the solicitation will open on August 17, 2010 and close on September 17, 2010 NSN: 1730-01-123-0095, NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CAGE (97942) 26F (F-16), PN: 586R815H01; Cover, Array, Protective, PR 0025236185 Inspection and Acceptance Origin /FOB Origin; other than full & open competition, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number. The offeror must provide a completed data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Delivery is 317 days after receipt of order. Configuration control applies. This is not a Flight Safety Critical Item. Solicitation will be issued August 12, 2010, for a quantity of 9 each and close on September 13, 2010; the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM internet bid board system (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
