This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) identified as AG-8C30-S-10-0008. 2. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 05-43 3. The solicitation is a total set-aside for small business and the associated NAICS code and small business size standard is 541690 and $7.0. 4. Quoted prices must be in accordance with the following schedule of contract line items. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. 6. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of work contained in this synopsis/solicitation. 7. The period of performance and delivery location is as identified in the Statement of Work. 8. The provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; addenda are not attached. 9. Award will be made to the responding & responsible vendor that sumbit the lowest price and meets all technical qualifications. 10. Offerors shall include the following with his/her offer: a. A completed SF-1447 signed by an authorized representative. b. A completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, or a statement of registration in ORCA. c. Written documentation or statement that you meet the "QUALIFICATIONS" as identified in the Statement of Work. 11. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; Addenda are not attached. 12. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; Addenda are not attached. 13. There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions necessary for this acquisition that are not consistent with customary commercial practices. 14. Responses must be received by 3:00 PM MST on August 27, 2010 at the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, 6200 Jefferson St NE, Suite 301, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
