- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Camp Guernsey has a requirement to construct perimeter and interior grazing fences. The perimeter construction is necessary to prevent cattle, civilian and military vehicles straying from designated roadways. The interior fencing is required to support current grazing initiatives and management within the North Training Area (NTA) boundaries. The contractor shall provide a proposal for cost per mile.
