- DOL Wage Determination Appendix C Appendix A Performance Work Statement (PWS) Request for Quote (RFQ) Non-Personal Services: The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for the following services: The contractor shall provide all the labor, tools, equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE),hearing and eye protection, inculding prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidental necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) on 4- Channel Analog Multiple Emitter Simulator (AMES). The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed at Appendix A. A commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with a Time and Materials Line Item is comtemplated. The proposed Basic Period of Performance is: 12 Sep 2010 through 11 Sep 2011 The proposed Option I Period of Performance is: 12 Sep 2011 through 11 Sep 2012 The proposed Opion II Period of Performance is: 12 Sep 2012 through 11 Sep 2013 Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. This is anticipated to be a competitive requirement.The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $7M. Electronic procedures will be used for this soliciation.
