- K = Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The duration of the order is 1 year with four one-year options. The NAICS Code is 812332 with a size standard of $14M. The request for quote (RFQ) reference number is H94003-10-T-0010. The place of performance is Defense MicroElectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th Street, McClellan, CA 95652. The Service Contract Act will be applicable to this solicitation. The objective of this purchase is to obtain laundry services for cleanroom garments. The vendor shall provide delivery, laundry, and pickup service on a weekly basis. Copies of the performance work statement, garment listing, and request for quote are available from the contract specialist identified below. Offers will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The following FAR clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. DFARS clause 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. DPAS Rating is S10.
