- The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussion with offerors. The offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. Evaluation Factors for Award: Low price, technically acceptable (meets the brand name only requirement). Offerors shall price each CLIN. This is an all or nothing requirement, therefore, vendor shall provide a price for each CLIN, otherwise your proposal will be determined to be substantially incomplete and not warrant any further consideration (this includes manuals). Brand name only. No substitutions will be allowed. Brand name only is specified to ensure that sites receive standardized supplies and equipment. Items being purchased under this acquisition: HFA – HFA 750i w/ table including GPA, NetPro SITA (3) IOL Master Ver 5 (5.5) XP w/ ATS, A-Plus, Printer, & Table (3) HFA IIi DICOM Gateway (1) IOLMaster DICOM Gateway (1)
