- Noxious Weed Control Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for extermination of environmental identified noxious weeds. Application will be broadcast spray and spot spray to control noxious weeds on over 626 acres of unimproved grounds, as specified in the PWS, on Fairchild AFB. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation on FedBizOpps; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
