PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: N62473-09-D-1610, IDIQ MACC NEW CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF VARIOUS DRY UTILITIES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE NAVFAC SOUTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, ARIZONA, COLORADO, UTAH AND NEW MEXICO. RECOVERY ACT OF 2009 CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENT Baldi Bros. Inc., a small business firm, Beaumont, CA 92223, is being awarded a Firm Fixed Price Contract in the amount of $491,645 for the installation of electric meters at Travis Air Force Base. Work will be performed at Travis Air Force Base, Fairfield, California and is expected to be completed by 08 August 2011. Funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This contract was competitively procured with seven (7) offers solicited; six (6) offers received, from the existing Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Construction Contractors. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest ROICC Travis, Fairfield, CA is the contracting activity for Contract Number N62473-10-D-5479, Task Order 0002. The work to be performed provides for the design, installation and testing of 65 new electronic Watt-hour meters for 58 buildings throughout Travis Air Force Base.
