- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals that are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) number L10PS03178. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332311. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Offers are due no later than 5:00 pm MST, August 27, 2010. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) system. You may register at: www.ccr.gov. The Bureau of Land Management, Vernal Field Office has a requirement for the purchase of Shade Structures (installation not included). See attached document for specifications.
