- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for the grounds maintenance at the Rio Grande City, Schmidt, and Victoria USAR Centers, in Rio Grande City, Sinton, and Victoria, TX. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall mow both the improved and semi-improved areas of the Center, edge said areas, and shall pick up and dispose of trash, litter and debris as part of each mowing operation. All operations necessary to accomplish the work will be done in accordance with the project Scope of Work and Drawings. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0044, will be available on or about, 13 August 2010. Site visits will be conducted for W9124N-10-T-0044, as follows: 1.Rio Grande City USAR Center- 2222 E. Ben Jordan Street, Victoria, TX, 77901-8637, Point Of Contact David Kershaw, Telephone: 210-221-3945 Site Visit: 18 August, 2010, at 1400 Proposals are due, 26 August, 2010 at 3:00pm This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Small Business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, with a size standard of $7.0M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
