Description
The following are questions and answers received in response to solicitation W91B4P-10-R-0073 1. Is there an incumbent security provider if so, who is providing these services? There is no incumbent security provider 2. May PPE and weapons be "hot swapped" between shift personnel? No, the preference is one weapon and one set of armor per person/guard 3. Paragraph 11.2.2 states that the Contactor shall not pay his Site Manager, Supervisors or Security Guards more than wages of an equally rated Afghani national Security Force. This applies to wages paid to LNs 4. Please confirm that the intent is for all personnel on site to be issued an individual first aid kit, with 10% excess 5. Please confirm the numbers for manning and position requirements. Are they based on 24/7 operations with 3 x 8 hour shifts? This is correct 6. Please confirm that if a US Expat fills the role of an OCN that they be issued a Controlled Access Card? Currently, section 952.225-0011 does not authorize CACs for US personnel? CACs are issued on a case by case basis and only if needed for logical access such as computer systems, building entrance, etc. Most of the time a Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) LOA will suffice to ensure all logisitical support is received. 7. What is the size of the perimeter of Camp Clark? 250m x 450m 8. How many vehicles are required in support of this RFP and of what type? One or two Gators/ATV's will be sufficient 9. Is there a requirement for the Contractor to provide a repeater? No
