- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-10-T-0014 is hereby issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-42. This RFQ is set aside 100% for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423710 with a business size standard of 500 employees. Firm Fixed Price Quotes are being solicited for the following: 3M 8681-HS PPT Color Series 36270 Med Light Grey Skip Slit Roll 6 x 36yd Tape 6 ea; 3M SJ8667HS FP-125 Series Boot Color Series 36270 25 ea. NOTE: Offerors MUST submit quotes for the specific 3M Brand and part numbers. Brand name justification is attached to this RFQ. All other quotes will be disqualified as non-conforming. All items must be delivered FOB Destination within ninety (90) days after the date of award of contract. Items will be delivered to the 158th Fighter Wing, ATTN: MSGT Mike Moore, 112 NCO Drive, S. Burlington, VT 05403. The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The full text versions may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, along with the following clauses in paragraph (b) will apply: FAR 52.219-6, FAR 52.219-28, FAR 52.222-3, FAR 52.222-19, FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.225-1, FAR 52.225-13, FAR 52.232-33; DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, Central Contractor Registration; DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, along with the following clauses in paragraph (b) will apply: 252.225-7001, 252-232-7003, 252.247-7023 Alt III. Quotes are due no later than 20 August 2010, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. All offers received prior to closing date and time shall be considered. Quote must include companys CAGE CODE as proof of active registration with the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov/. Quote must include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, or a statement that offeror has completed the provision electronically at the ORCA website http://orca.bpn.gov. In addition to the above listed items, each offeror must provide all required NON-PRICING responses (e.g. payment discount terms, delivery terms, etc.) Quotes may be emailed to andrew.anderson@ang.af.mil or faxed to 802-660-5321. No other method of quote submission is acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting for this RFQ to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced conforming quote.
