Description
Emergency Response Vehicles This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document incorporates those provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. The RFQ number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice is DJA10S000082. The Government anticipates a firm-fixed price award as a result of this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 33611 and a size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set=-Aside. This requirement will be awarded through the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under Far Part 13. Description of Service: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (ATF) Special Operations Division has a requirement for an Emergency Response Vehicles. Antiicipated period of performance for this requirement is September 10, 2010 - September 9, 2011. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at brian.wilkins@atf.gov and at james.huff@atf.gov and must reference the above solicitation number. All questions must be received by 10:00AM EDT on Wednesday, August 26, 2010. Questions received after the stated time will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted via email to Brian Wilkins at brian.wilkins@atf.gov and james.huff@atf.gov or via facsimile to 202-648-9659, ATTN: Brian Wilkins and James Huff. All quotations must be received by 5:00PM EDT on Monday, August 30, 2010. Quotations received after the stated time will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. All quotes shall include the following contractor administrative data: (1) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and; (2) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS). By submission of a quotation, the quoter acknowledges the Government's requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
