- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Geosyntec Consultants Inc in Boca Raton, Florida for in-situ microcosm tests to be delivered by 08/19/2011. Geosyntec Consultants Inc is the only source able to perform this requirement because the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) is a formal, legal agreement between USGS and Geosyntec Consultants Inc. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) EMAIL response to jpruitt@usgs.gov or FAX response to 703.648.7367 The NAICS code is 541620 The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/20/2010. A vendor must be registered at www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract.
