Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0044 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 423610. CLIN 0001: CCTV SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM, QTY 1JB. Current IP-based camera system shall replace existing analog system via existing network and internet connectivity. Contractor shall be capable of a three (3) hour response time on-site for all maintenance issues. Also included shall be a one (1) year warranty (minimum) on all labor and parts after installation. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to complete this work. All work shall be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A detailed breakdown of your pricing is required with Proposal. Place of delivery is: Regional Drug Training Academy, 365 Highley Road, Meridian, Mississippi 39309. Prices quoted must include all applicable delivery fees. Contractor shall have 60 days to complete the installation. CLIN 0002OPTION: YEARLY MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT, QTY 1YR. This maintenance service agreement may be awarded after the termination of the initial one (1) year warranty. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). Offers must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. If offeror is registered in ORCA, Reps and Certs are not required; however, offeror must indicate such with their proposal. FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract: (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 2 years.
