- This requirement is for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard procurment of hardware and labor/services that includes design, installation and training of video teleconference equipment. The minimum requirement will include a 65" Display and TandbergEdge95 high-definition VTC unit. All respondents have to be authorized resellers of the Tandberg brand name herein. The Tandberg product is Brand Name Spcific and no substitutions are allowed. See Statement of Work for complete requirement and details. All BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO CERTIFY THAT ITS COMPANY IS AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF THE PRODUCTS REQUIRED HEREIN. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED. The contract type will be a firm fixed price order for hardware. This requirement is issued in accordancw with FAR Part 13-Simplifed Acquisition Procedures and Set Aside 100% to Smalll Business Concerns, NAICS code is 443112. An award will be made based on lowest priced technically acceptable. See FedBizOpps umberd note 1.
