- RFQ NMFS AKR-10-0813G for IBM Cognos software (SW) administration, integration, design, modeling, and report creation and conversion support per the attached statement of work in this RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for IBM Cognos software administration, integration, design, modeling, and report creation and conversion support per the attached statement of work in the request for quotes RFQ NMFS AKR-10-0813G prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. This procurement is subject to full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541519. This is a simplified acquisition estimated value not to exceed $100,000.00. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
