- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Pixlit Productions Inc citing FAR part 6 subpart 6.302-1. To the best of the Government's knowledge, there are no other firms that can satisfy this requirement. The work under this contract consists of providing Microsoft Windows based software application Learning Target, assist with data migration of DCAA TRAIN system data into the LMS, perform all necessary work to setup and customize the LMS For DCAA, provide DCAA with orientation and training support, consultation support during the pilot phase of implementation, with ongoing support services and maintenance for 12 month, and will customize the LMS to accommodate subject matter areas for all DCAA courses. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement with cost/price information by August 19, 2010, 04:00 PM CST to Jackie Primer, Contract Specialist, Phone: (901) 544-3340, Fax: (901) 544-3710, Email: Jackie.primer@usace.army.mil. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
