- Description
- this project consists of replacing approximately 150,000 SF of asphalt parking lot at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona with 6' of base course and 3' of pavement. In addition to paving, demolition of an adjacent building, Building 7, shall be coordinated and performed. Utility tunnel sections underneath the building, parking lot, and other various locations will be slurry filled. An underground storm water collection system will be installed. This system will consist of two underground storage tank-and-drywell systems in addition to a storm water system conveying flow to an existing retention basin. Demolition of trees, concrete curb, and sidewalk throughout the parking lot will take place and an existing underground fuel storage tank will be remediated and removed.
