- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis, unmanned systems support for integration and operational testing of equipment. The place of performance is Fort Pickett as they have controlled ranges that encompass both restricted ground and air envelopes. UAV Pro Incorporated of 873 West Parade Avenue, Blackstone, VA 23824-0430 is the only Service Disabled Veteran Owned company in this area that can provide the required support as delineated in Attachment A, Statement of Work (FAR 19.501 and 19.1406). Market research for this requirement has been performed and no other company can provide the required support. This procurement will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with a size standard of $4.5 million. The closing date is 10:00 AM ET on 19 AUGUST 2010. The anticipated award date is 25 AUGUST 2010. All services and/or items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE.
