- Description
- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621511. The Government intends to procure Drug Test Collection Services in accordance with the Scope of Work that will be issued with the solicitation. Base period of performance will be 1 October 2010 through 30 September 2011. Services will be performed on-site at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana. In rare circumstances, collection services will be required at a Contractors local facility. This will be a firm fixed price contract with a base, plus four option years. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. This solicitation requires online certifications and representations (ORCA) found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to complete the ORCA registration may make an offeror ineligible for award. Approximate date that solicitation will be available on the web is 19 August 2010, with a response date of approximately 7 September 2010. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
