- CLIN Descriptions BRAND NAME OR EQUAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 611420 Size Standard $7.0 Million. Solicitation Number: F2K3AQ0113A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 2 August 2010. The Government intends to award ELEVEN (11) contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001 thru 0011). See attached Excel document for details of what each CLIN entails. FOB: Destination. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE GOVERNMENT'S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS SOLICITATION IS CONTINGENT UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS. AS A RESULT, PLEASE MAKE ALL QUOTES GOOD UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2010. NO LEGAL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY SHALL ARISE UNLESS, AND UNTIL, FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER FOR THIS PROCUREMENT AND AWARD HAS BEEN MADE BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER.
