- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit, on a sole source basis, Colmek Systems Engineering of 2001 S 3480 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84104-4919 for integration engineering services for development, physical-interfacing, data-interfacing, and processing questions that may arise during the development of a Q-24 module in the Organic Post Mission Analysis (OPMA) software for the AN/AQS-24A dedicated AMCM system. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Colmek, as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) the AN/AQS-24A dedicated AMCM system, is the only responsible source for these services and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The U.S. Navy does not own the drawings for this system, and Colmek has the unique knowledge of the system design to provide these integration engineering services. Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items is the method of award for this procurement. The NAICS code is 541330 and the FSC Code is R425. The SBA Size Standard is $4.5 million. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity, Panama City (Code N61008), Receiving Officer, Building 100, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.
