- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT - PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND. This opportunity is targeted to small business contractors under the GSA's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874, Special Item Number (SIN) 874 1; only vendors holding MOBIS schedule contract(s)may respond. The purpose of this project is to conduct a 2-year research study to establish / estimate the relative or cumulative value of improvement in morbidity or deaths prevented by increasing the use of clinical preventive services in entire populations. Period of Performance: 24 months Anticipated Date of award: On or about 30 September 2010 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. The solicitation will be issued to selected contractors in accordance with FAR part 8.405 - Ordering Procedures for Federal Supply Schedules.
