- The purpose of this announcement is to make notification of additional EAGLE Program Industry One-on-One Sessions. In an effort to further the Governments market research, Industry One-on-One Sessions will be held on Monday 30 August 2010 Wednesday 1 September 2010 at the Chicago Marriott OHare in Chicago Illinois. The sessions will be on 30 August from 1200-1630 CST and will continue 31 August - 1 September from 0800-1630 CST. These will be 20-minute contractor one-on-one sessions. Contractors who have not had a prior one-on-one session will be given first priority. All parties interested in attending the one-on-one sessions must contact the RICC with the name of your firm, business type/status, cage code and the names of all personnel attending. Responses are due by 20 August 2010 to ROCK-EAGLE@conus.army.mil or CCRC-FM, 1 Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299. After August 20, 2010 all registrations will be filled on a first come first serve basis without regard to prior one-on-one opportunity. A response from the Government will serve as your registration confirmation.
