- This requirement is sole source, on the basis of Other Than Full and Open Competition. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required delivery date is 56 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
