- PROJECT NAME: Emergency Watershed Protection Program - Goldsberry Riverbank Stabilization ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $250,000 and $500,000 LOCATION: Billings County, North Dakota SUMMARY: This project is for the Goldsberry Riverbank Stabilization through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program in Billings County, North Dakota. Work is as detailed in the plans and specifications and includes: excavation, common - 7846CY; Rock Riprap D50=16" - 1518CY; Rock Riprap D50=10" - 1609CY; 4" PVC Pipe - 120LF; Clearing and Grubbing - LS; Gravel bedding - 689CY; Seeding - 0.9AC. TIME FRAMES/DATE: Performance time, including mobilization and demobilization and days for inclement weather is 74 work days assuming 10 hour work-days 5 days a week. Prospective contractors must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. A DUNS number can be obtained by calling the Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711 or via the internet at http://www.dnb.com. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must complete the annual representative and certifications electronically via the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Registration can be completed at the ORCA web site at http://orca.bpn.gov. Awarding of contract is contingent upon receiving funding. A site showing will be held August 24, 2010 at 9:00AM Mountain Time. Location will follow. Bid opening will take place September 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. CST.
