- The following issues/questions were sent to the POC: 1. The video card has been "end-of-lifed" and has been replaced by a newer model. Can I substitute this? A: No. We can not accept a substitute item as these computers will be used for a specific program. This order will purchase additional computers to match existing. 2. The processors requested are still available, but a better choice would be to use the newer version of the processors. A: Same as #1.
