- W9124J-10-R-0024 is the new solicitation number being used for the Installation Management Commands (IMCOM) Support Base Services (SBS) requirement. The old solicitation number, W9124J-09-CSBSII, will no longer be updated. All interested parties should continue to monitor the SBS requirement under this solicitation number. This is a Request for Information (RFI), and NOT a Sources Sought. The Government is not seeking interested parties at this time. The Government is seeking feedback on attached documents as stated below. SBS Requirement: The SBS Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement is to provide the IMCOM Garrisons with quality labor for non-government in nature tasks in 12 different functional task areas. Services shall be performed at IMCOM Installations across the continental U.S. and Hawaii. See the attached SBS performance work statement (PWS) for additional information. NOTE: The Government does NOT seek feedback on the SBS PWS. It is provided for informational purposes only. It is anticipated that this SBS requirement will be set-aside for small business, but the SBS acquisition strategy is still pending approval. The Government makes no commitment at this time as to any future set-aside actions. The Government assumes no responsibility for any costs companies may incur that are associated with any planning conducted as a result of this preliminary information. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NACIS) code for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The size standard for this NAICS is $35.5 Million. Its anticipated that the Fort Bliss task order requirement, as described in the attached Ft Bliss PWS, will form a portion of the SBS evaluation criteria as an evaluated live task order scenario. Its also anticipated that a cost-plus-award-fee type task order will be awarded to satisfy the Ft Bliss requirement. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Sam Houston (MICC C-FSH) is seeking questions and comments regarding the attached Ft Bliss PWS and posted technical exhibits. Not all listed technical exhibits are available for review and comment at this time. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Army to improve the documents we provide to industry during the SBS solicitation phase. Answers to questions regarding the Ft Bliss PWS will be posted under this solicitation number. The Government requests that questions include a PWS or technical exhibit reference. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond to this RFI. See documents attached below. CONTRACTORS ARE NOT TO CONTACT ANY FORT BLISS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE REGARDING THE LIVE TASK ORDER SCENARIO PWS AND TECHNCIAL EXHIBITS. ALL QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE POC BELOW.
